Matthew had been involved in the instruction of U.S. Military, Foreign Military, Law Enforcement, and Civilian personnel in the use of firearms, marksmanship, personal protection, and course development for the firearms shooting industry for the last 35 year. He also has experience in Range Design, Range Safety, Medical First Responder and inspecting and repairing a variety of small arms. Responsible for supervision and enforcement of safety regulations, coordination and scheduling of range use, maintenance, modification, and installation of ranges and training facilities. Matthew has developed and recommend Range Control processes all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S) to assure efficiency and safety on all ranges. He is a subject matter expert in the manufacturing industry, pertaining to weapon systems tooling and the manufacturing process of weapons, ammunition, and accessories. Matthew has acquired a variety of skills performing these jobs. To include software installation, mechanical service, electrical/maintenance trouble shooting, machinery operation and mechanical targeting system operation. He currently is a Firearms Instructor for a security service for the Department of State, training Special Agents in weapons handling skills, marksmanship, and other law enforcement related activities.
