Marcos was born and raised in southern Idaho, where he and his family still call home. Although his committed involvement in rodeo inspired him to seek a degree as a veterinary technician, Marcos found his true calling in law enforcement in 2009 as a Ordinance Officer with the City of Jerome. He is currently a Patrol Sergeant. Marcos holds POST certifications as a Handgun Instructor, Rifle Instructor, Shotgun Instructor and Less Lethal Instructor. He is also certified in Active Shooter Response for law enforcement and civilians, as well as being a Field Training Officer and a current member of the S.W.A.T. team. Marcos’ experience with firearms has given him the opportunity to meet many interesting, wonderful people and he looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience.
